Legal notice

Picaporte Labs publishes this site, kubelatch.com, and the kubelatch software. This page gives the information that Spain’s Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI) asks every provider to publish.

Provider

Picaporte Labs is a company in formation in Spain. Its registration data (legal name, tax id, registered address) will be published here as soon as it is incorporated. Until then, write to hola@picaportelabs.com.

Terms and privacy

The Terms hold the license that governs kubelatch, in the Free and the Pro edition, and the terms of a Pro subscription. Privacy says what personal data we keep and for how long: this site’s access logs and a count of its visits, what a purchase needs, and nothing from the product.

This site

This site sets no cookies; its one script is a visit counter we run ourselves, as Privacy describes. The kubelatch name and logo belong to Picaporte Labs. The license, the releases and the changelog of kubelatch are public at github.com/picaportelabs/kubelatch; its source code is not, and can be reviewed under a non-disclosure agreement.
